Tucked away in the historic agricultural town of Wahiawa in central Oʻahu, our flagship Honey House and Meadery is where every single drop of our artisan honey and mead is crafted with aloha.

1. Free Honey Samples at our Wahiawa Honey House
Step inside our bright, cozy Wahiawa Honey House to explore our full collection of raw, Hawaiian honeys. Because our bees harvest nectar from diverse microclimates across Oʻahu, each jar carries a distinct floral profile, from sweet and creamy White Kiawe, delicate and floral ʻŌhiʻa Lehua (endemic to Hawai'i), nutty comfort in Macadamia Honey, to our bold and rich mixed-blossom Pele's Gold honey.
In addition to our signature raw honeys, you will find honeycomb, infusion honey varieties including cacao nibs or rum barrel-aged, and natural wellness products made directly from the hive. Visitors can enjoy complimentary honey samples while browsing for locally made island gifts.
2. Outdoor Mead Garden & Tasting Flights
On weekends, Friday through Sunday, our breezy Mead Garden opens up for curated tasting flights. Made by fermenting our Hawaiian honey with local fruits and botanicals, mead is the oldest known alcoholic beverage, and our modern take ranges from crisp, sparkling pours to complex still ferments.
Guests 21 and older can select a six-set tasting featuring our flagship releases or our limited and seasonal releases. The space is relaxed and casual, an environment to sit back and sip truly authentic local craftsmanship. Walk-ins are welcome, but if you're a planner, reservations are available to guarantee seating for you and your group.
3. Educational Tours & "Bees to Mead" Experiences
For visitors interested in going beyond the glass, our immersive guided experiences break down the journey from hive to bottle.
Bees to Mead Tour: A 2.5-hour deep-dive guided by our Junior Beekeeper with a visit to our working apiary. The tour covers bee behavior, island ecology, honey harvesting, and an extended mead tasting. Exclusive to our Wahiawa location.
Mead Talk: A interactive "drink & learn" session designed to guide participants through the rich history, brewing process, and flavor profiles of traditional and modern meads. Limited sessions available.

Parking: On-site parking spots are available directly in front of the shop, along with street parking on Palm Street.
