Workshop Details:
Gather at our Honey House at 930 Palm Place in Wahiawa before heading out to our nearby apiary. Here, you'll see our bees in-action and a select few will have the opportunity to harvest drone bee larvae directly from the hives! We'll take your freshly harvested bee larvae frames back to the Honey House, where Yuki will guide you in extracting and lead you on a gastronomic journey you've never experienced before. You'll have the chance to cook and sample bee larvae in multiple forms, while broadening your knowledge on the alternative possibilities of nutritional sources.
At the end, we'll come together over a light grazing lunch with our Ancient Art of Mead Making Workshop and share the bounty of each other's creations.
Once the fermentation process is complete for the hand-crafted mead made in the Ancient Art of Mead Making Workshop, we'll invite you back for bottling and you'll take home a bottle to enjoy on your own or share with loved ones as a gift for the holidays.
