ORDERING & SHIPPING

1. How do I place an order?

You can order our honey and mead online.
 

For U.S. Mainland orders (orders shipping outside of Hawaii state), honey and mead orders must be made seperately due to alcohol shipping and compliance laws.

 

For Hawaii orders (orders shipping to a Hawaii address), honey and mead orders may be combined.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Same-day edits may be made to your order if placed after 12 p.m. HT. Email aloha@manoahoney.com or call (808) 493-9081 with the requested edit.

 

Once an order begins processing for shipment, it cannot be canceled or edited. Please make sure all the information entered, such as shipping information and product information are correct before placing your order.

3. Can I place an order and pick up at your Wahiawa retail store?

Store pickup is not available for online orders.

If you want to order ahead and pick up in-person at our Wahiawa retail store, please call (808) 493-9081 to place your order and schedule time for pick-up.

4. When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) from the time of receipt. We do not ship during the weekends or major holidays. If your order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, your package will not be processed until the following week.

 

On occasion, severe weather can affect the shipping time of an order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

5. Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address?

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. 

6. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

7. What shipping carriers do you use?

All Hawaii orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

 

All U.S. Mainland orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

8. How long does shipping take?

Once the package leaves our facility, shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days to arrive at your shipping address.

 

Mead orders will deliver on weekdays only (no weekend deliveries).

9. Do I need to be present to accept the package?

For mead orders, yes. All mead packages require an adult signature per alcohol shipping and compliance laws.

10. What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final.  

 

We are happy to replace any products that are damaged during shipping.

Please email aloha@manoahoney.com within 10 calendar days of receiving the damaged product along with photos, so we can replace it.

BULK ORDERS

1. How do I order in bulk?

If you are ordering bulk for a large event (party, wedding, etc.) or for corporate gifting, please send us an inquiry through our Corporate Gift & Events page.

If you are a local retailer or restaurant interested in carrying our products, please contact us at workwithus@manoahoney.com.
