Honey Spirit

Hawaii's first and only distilled honey spirit capturing the essence of Hawaiian honey.

By fermenting the honey captured from beeswax processing, which is toasted and enriched in color, we uncovered a higher purpose for this honey transforming it into a beautiful expression that transcends conventional boundaries.

With extensive support and collaboration from Kō Hana Rum Distillery, the Honey Spirit is distilled and aged in American Oak barrels for over 2 years.

The result... it delighted us far beyond our wildest imagination.

Warm honeyed notes with a sophisticated flair.
