ABOUT VALENTINE'S DAY MEAD & CHOCOLATE PAIRING Celebrate Valentine's weekend and the release of Hawaii's first Honey Spirit with a curated mead tasting paired with Hawaiian chocolates! We will be serving a selection of 6 meads, including Honey Spirit, along with a unique chocolate pairing for each one, in collaboration with local chocolatier, Mānoa Chocolate. WHAT TO EXPECT • Guided tasting with 6 unique meads and 6 chocolate pairings • An in-depth description of each mead and chocolate along with specifics on the pairing - focusing on how the flavors of each complement and contrast each other for a delicious pairing • A breakdown of the styles and production of mead and chocolate to help you discover your own preferences and tastes • 10% off any retail mead bottles during the day-of your visit RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT • $35 per person (must be 21 years or older) • Payment due at the conclusion of your experience
