Honey is incredibly versatile as an ingredient and one of our favorite uses (outside of making mead, of course!) is making honey butters.
Butter is commonly found in most household refrigerators, yet, it can be oh so decadent. A simple swipe of melting butter on a toasty piece of bread evokes an amazing comfort. A great butter can elevate the whole culinary experience. Adding a little bit of honey sweetness... you might never be able to go back.
Here are two of our favorite honey butter recipes. Both are wonderful on warm bread, breakfast muffins or for a grazing board!
