The weather is so beautiful on O'ahu right now. This time of year is always so magical on the island... mild temperatures, calm waters and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We savor this time and picnic at the beach with sweet honey and crisp mead. Gathering together with loved ones around a picnic with honey and mead is the best time to be and one of our favorite things to do. We hope you are enjoying winter on the island as much as we are right now.

Our first, new seasonal mead of the year: 2024 Yuzu Blanc releases on Friday, February 9 at retail and online. ABOUT 2024 YUZU BLANC Made with Macadamia Blossom Honey and genuine Yuzu citrus, our Yuzu Blanc has delicate, aromatic notes of yuzu and white flowers with a slightly zesty finish. A semi-sweet, traditional style mead at 9.1% ABV. It pairs well with creamy desserts, spicy foods or on its own as an aperitif. We recommend to store and enjoy chilled. INSPIRATION & TRADI

Our journey into mead-making began in 2018 with hard work, determination and inspired by the idea of sharing the amazing breadth that honey has with our community, across Hawaii and beyond.
